1. Eligibility

This Challenge Campaign is open to all legal residents of the continental United States who are 18 years of age or older as of May 16, 2025 (hereinafter referred to as "Participants"). Participants must have a valid U.S. shipping address.

2. Submissions and Voting

Each Participant may submit an unlimited number of entries. However, each voter is allowed only one vote during the period.

3. Submission Requirements

All entries must be submitted in video format only. Other formats such as images, text, or audio-only files will not be accepted. Video submissions must meet the technical requirements outlined in the official Submission Guidelines, including accepted file types, maximum file size, resolution, and duration limits.

4. Content Restrictions

Submissions must not contain any pornographic, violent, discriminatory, or illegal content, nor any content that violates local, state, or federal laws.

5. Originality and Intellectual Property

All entries must be original works created by the Participant. Any music, images, or other materials used in the video must be royalty-free or properly licensed. Participants are solely responsible for ensuring that their submissions do not infringe upon any third-party intellectual property rights. If an entry is found to contain false information or infringes on the rights of others, Mammotion reserves the right to disqualify the submission and hold the Participant accountable for any resulting legal liabilities.

6. Licensing and Usage Rights

By submitting an entry, the Participant grants Mammotion a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable, and transferable license to use, reproduce, edit, adapt, publish, display, and distribute the work, as well as to create derivative works based on it, for both commercial and non-commercial purposes. Submitted content may be featured across Mammotion’s global platforms and marketing channels.

7. Winner Announcement

Winners will be publicly announced on the campaign webpage and via Mammotion's official social media accounts.

8. Notification and Prize Distribution

Winners will be contacted via email within ten (10) business days following the official winner announcement. Please ensure that a valid and accurate email address is provided during submission. Further instructions regarding prize delivery will be included in the notification email.

9. Additional Terms

Mammotion reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the campaign at any time without prior notice. By participating, all entrants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and the decisions of Mammotion, which shall be final and binding in all matters related to the campaign.
